In August 2020, in order to hold onto power, Lukashenko authorised massive repressions, the brutality of which shocked the world. Today repressions against peaceful Belarusians are still going on. Unfortunately, the savagery of the Lukashenko’s regime did not appear this August. Highest power athorities have been committing their atrocities and crimes since 1994 ... and our mission is to bring all the criminals to just and fair trial.
EXECUTIVE POWER AND OFFICIALS
Ministers, governmental authorities, members of Parliament. They are accused of complicity in seizure of power, multiple gross violations of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Belarus, giving knowingly criminal instructions and orders, pressuring employees of departments and their subordinate organizations.
REPRESENTATIVES OF JUDICIARY
Accused of misconduct, gross violations of legal regulations, failure to comply with the Judicial Code, human rights and the principles of independent, fair and impartial trial adopted in the rule of law.
EMPLOYEES OF ENTERPRISES
Accused of gross violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and articles of the Labor Code, abuse of power, pressuring their subordinates.
EMPLOYEES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Accused of complicity in election fraud, violation of the Education Code of the Republic of Belarus, pressuring teaching staff, pupils and students, illegal expulsions and dismissals, spread of dictatorship ideology.
MEMBERS OF ELECTORAL COMMISSIONS
Accused of gross violation of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus, falsification of documents.
SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
Accused of misconduct, giving and executing knowingly criminal orders, abuse of authority, murders, tortures and other forms of unjustified violence against civilians.
MASS-MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES
Heads and employees of the pro-government print, electronic and other mass-media are accused of gross violation of the law, including the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and the Law on Mass Media, which guarantee freedom of thought and expression and consolidate the basic principles of media activity in Belarus: reliability of information, equality, respect for human rights and freedoms, diversity of opinions, protection of morality, comliance with professional ethics.

The law is the same for everyone!

The people shall be the sole source of state power and the bearer of sovereignty in the Republic of Belarus!

Any actions aimed at changing the constitutional system and seizing state power by forcible means or by way of any other violation of laws of the Republic of Belarus shall be punishable by law.

  • Article 357 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus

    A conspiracy or other acts committed to seize state power.

  • Article 40 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus

    Execution of a criminal command or a criminal order

    p.s. A person who has not executed a knowingly illegal command or order shall not be held criminally liable.

  • Article 192 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus

    Forgery of documents on elections, referendum or recall of a deputy, or violation of the secrecy of the vote, or deliberately incorrect counting of votes or other distortion of voting results

  • Article 405 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus

    Concealing of crimes shall be punishable by arrest, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same period.

  • Article 392 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus

    Deliberately unjust verdict, decision or other judicial act is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to ten years

  • Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus

    The citizens of the Republic of Belarus shall have the right to move freely and choose their place of residence within the Republic of Belarus, to leave it and to return thereto without hindrance.
